Foster Caregiver Information Sessions give you the opportunity to meet with foster care workers face to face in your community. They are a natural next step and an opportunity to gain more basic knowledge required to make an informed decision regarding becoming a foster caregiver or an adoptive parent.
Information sessions happen on a regular basis across the province. All you have to do is register for one near you. Attending an information session does not mean you have to commit to becoming a foster caregiver yet. But if you are serious about becoming a foster caregiver attending an information session is a required next step.
